A Copic Marker Alternative – Twin Touch Markers

Like lots of you out there, I myself could not imagine paying nearly $5 for any marker, Copic or otherwise, but really wanted to get that beautiful color they give. I searched high and low for other alcohol marker alternatives and found Shinhan Twin Touch markers, made in Korea. Most places in the U.S. sell them for $2 and under each. Right now I believe there are 163 colors in total and the markers are very similar to Copic. Most places are clearancing their current stock of Twin Touch markers right now, i.e. Dick Blick and Jerry’s Art-a-rama, as Shinhan is releasing their new refillable and brush versions of their markers within the next few months.

I really did not want to wait and plan to just replace with a refillable one when my color runs out. I am quite happy with them. You can take a look in the video. The second half of the video is me coloring one of our stamps. Very comparable.
